The first part here is a complaint made to the International Criminal Court about some taxation crimes against humanity including tax residency, enforcement, reporting requirements, and more. The next part will detail some measures that you can use to challenge extraterritorial taxation and other practices to help end Taxgate once and for all. There will likely be many more installments to the Taxgate series after that. The ICC complaint follows:

Thanks for reading! Subscribe for free to receive new posts and support my work.

Note: This complaint seeks Universal Jurisdiction by all countries and international bodies against the crimes against humanity included in this ICC complaint. Some of the people and organizations and governments are not in ICC member States. In many cases the ICC still has jurisdiction because these taxes and information are collected and distributed and other enforcement actions and tax cooperation occur within many ICC member states. Victims and assets are also located in ICC member States. In situations where the ICC doesn’t have jurisdiction, other countries should use it.

Many governments and international organizations along with people and organizations who aren’t part of governments and the international organizations have conspired and carried out Taxgate which includes taxation, tax reporting requirements, information sharing, and enforcement measures that are crimes against humanity and have violated long standing peremptory norms and brazenly continued practices banned by UN Security Council resolutions, and which were prosecuted as part of the Holocaust in international trials at the end of World War Two.

This complaint does not include every single possible and potential crime against humanity regarding the Taxgate subject matter. Anything not covered here should also be investigated. This complaint focuses on tax residency and practices associated with tax residency. It also includes various compliance and reporting requirements that create an additional burden and require the provision and sharing of information. It also covers the outrageous and draconian enforcement actions against people and entities and organizations that violate human rights.

Tax residency without spending the majority of the year physically present in a jurisdiction along with the person intending to have spent that time there and exit taxes have long been regarded as crimes against humanity. Exit taxes were prosecuted as crimes against humanity as part of the Holocaust as Nazi Germany used it to restrict and disincentivize their political opponents (including ethnic minorities) from leaving. They then mass murdered those who stayed. The Nazis hadn’t figured out that you could tax them even after they’ve left or even if they’ve never been there at all. Apparently even Hitler wasn’t that bad (obviously this only includes tax and not the mass murder). Many countries tax people who have left or in some cases have never even been there. You can even pay a massive exit tax to a country you’ve never been to. You may have never heard of the country before they sent you a tax bill and can’t find it on a map. The crime against humanity of extraterritorial taxation and exit taxes knows almost no bounds.

Some countries tax based on whether someone is a citizen or a permanent resident or even formerly a citizen and formerly a permanent resident even if they had never been to the country or if they never even wanted the citizenship or permanent residency. Some countries only do this for a set time period but they claim that they could in theory do it forever (if you leave a country they claim they can tax you for however much they want for an unlimited amount of time). Some countries claim that if you don’t have another tax residency that they agree with that you can become a tax resident again and that you can in theory lose and regain tax residency multiple times while not being present in the country and be forced to pay exit taxes several times. Of course they will try to charge you all sorts of penalties when they retroactively try to apply these taxes. Countries often also base this on whether you have ties to the country. Of course the government of that country gets to determine what is a tie that makes you taxable. It could be anything. Germany for instance claims that if you stay in the same place when you visit Germany you can be a tax resident. So if you travel to Germany for a week a year to visit family and stay in their guest bedroom you could be a tax resident. Japan has even tried to apply tax residency to people who have too many pictures of them eating sushi on their social media profiles. The Japanese one is fictional, but it actually sounds quite similar to a lot of the tax rules and tax cases that governments pursue.

These countries often demand that whoever they deem tax resident must file comprehensive disclosures and reporting for all sorts of information that the tax authorities and governments desire. Oftentimes many of these requirements are far tougher and costlier to comply with then the actual taxes that need to be paid. Even the smallest error or omission is often punished severely especially because many countries are part of a global tax cartel. Countries can be punished for not joining the cartel where tax authorities work together to spy on people and steal whatever governments desire. The tax authorities use systems like FATCA , CRS, and tax information exchange agreements to share your data with each other and to require most financial institutions to participate with this cartel and their crimes against humanity.

These countries seek to force people to have potentially unlimited tax residencies along with unlimited reporting requirements and unlimited data collection. This goes beyond just nation state governments. Other governments like subnational states and provinces try to establish more tax residencies and reporting requirements and data collection. Then there are cities and local municipalities. This doesn’t include international blocs who can try to implement many of these same requirements. Double taxation or triple taxation or even more levels of taxation relief aren’t guaranteed and often don’t happen at all. This relief can and does get taken away. For instance, the US infamously drastically reduced their SALT deductions which provided some relief from multiple taxation by various levels of US government and had existed for around a century. A second example: Hungary taxes many Hungarians living abroad with no double taxation relief if they aren’t in a country with a tax treaty.

While the insanity of the crimes against humanity of exit taxes and of taxing and reporting requirements for people who live for less than half a year in a country and who live there for more than half a year, but don’t intend to live there are devastating in and of themselves. That’s not the worst part of it. The worst part of it is what they do to enforce it. UN Security Council Resolution 2023 which was passed unanimously in 2011 further confirmed the peremptory norm that such taxation and reporting requirements are crimes against humanity. The resolution sanctioned Eritrea for using extortion, threats of violence, fraud and other illicit means to collect taxes. China now denies household registration to anyone who doesn’t pay taxes meaning that it would be virtually impossible for someone to move back to China if they lost their household registration. Lifetime exile (with maybe occasional returns as a tourist) is the punishment. The US denies passports to people who they claim owe too many taxes. They frequently jail people who don’t pay their extraterritorial taxes and who don’t comply with complex reporting requirements. The US government can and does try to seize assets throughout the world as part of their crimes against humanity. Australia barred the actor Paul Hogan from leaving the country when he visited to attend his mother’s funeral until he paid what they claimed he owed. Sure, he was allowed to go to court and contest this, but he wasn’t allowed to go home until he paid their ransom demand. Eventually he paid and was then able to travel to his longtime home in the world’s most abusive tax haven... Los Angeles, California.

Sometimes governments will even claim that you resided in the country for tax purposes even if you weren’t there. Spain for instance has what they call “presumed days” where they just assume you were there with no proof. In order for that to go away you have to have absolute proof that you were not in Spain. But it gets much worse, because even if you were not in Spain in some cases Spain even counts days a person spent outside of the country as days spent in the country for tax residency. They just claim you spent time there when you didn’t spend time there which they call “sporadic absences.” Under Spanish tax law the government can ignore the facts of the case and tax you more. If this legal trend of ignoring reality continues soon Spain will convict people of murder even if the defense at trial calls the victim as a witness who performs cartwheels and backflips to prove that he’s really alive and well.

In many cases the people who carry out these crimes never face accountability and are even rewarded for committing them. This even happens if the country they work for deems their work illegal. In Spain for instance the tax agency pays out substantial bonuses to tax collectors even if the taxes are illegally assessed under Spanish law. The singer Shakira has recently won a tax case in Spanish court. The tax collectors who illegally persecuted her still get to keep their bonuses and their jobs and will suffer no adverse consequences for their actions. Shakira will get her money that they stole from her refunded with interest, which will be paid by all the other people’s paying taxes. The people responsible owe nothing. The Spanish government also won’t pay her for all the pain and suffering and stress that she endured wasting her time trying to recover her stolen money.

Defenders of taxation claim that taxation is supposed to help countries fund things for the common good of whoever is raising the taxes whether it’s a country or subdivision of a country etc. This is an easily provable lie. Many countries will tax people more if they moved to a low tax country then if they move to a high tax country. Why will they tax you differently because of which country you moved to? After all doesn’t the country need the money to fund important things like their budget for health care, schools, roads, defense etc.? That’s not true at all. In fact, these countries openly state that they don’t care if they get tax money from you, they just want you to pay taxes somewhere. This is an admission that they aren’t interested in paying for roads or schools or healthcare or whatever. They just want to make sure that people have less money. It’s clearly designed to persecute people who move to more efficiently run places. It gets worse because countries will often incentivize the payment of taxes to their enemies. Then they demand more tax money the pay for things like defense even though they created the problem. Of course this leads to more wars and more death. (One of the biggest arguments for taxation is to fund more wars.) For instance many Western countries have long incentivized tax collection and reporting systems and the payment of taxes to countries like China and Russia who have literally used that money to attack the Western countries and then require the Western countries to send aid to places like Ukraine that have been attacked. This was literally caused by taxation funding these enemy regimes. Both of these regimes use the money that they receive to build and maintain nuclear arsenals that could destroy the civilized world at any point in time. The pro tax people are stealing everyone’s money to finance potential nuclear holocaust. They are trying to force people who are not in those countries and in many cases our escape dissidents or targeted minorities or refugees to pay for their own persecution first through which are then used to finance other forms of persecution. Even in war there is no guarantee that financial data (which governments have tons of on almost everyone) wouldn’t be shared and that taxes wouldn’t continue to be remitted to the opposing governments who are at war with them.

Systems like FATCA and CRS get most global financial data but many countries still require comprehensive reporting requirements for people to fill out which carry stiff penalties if you a make a mistake. All tax authorities do is compare the data they already have from systems like FATCA and CRS and if you got one thing wrong they hit you with massive fines and possibly jail time. They have all your information already so it’s just a way to entrap you if you just make a mistake filling out forms.

The crime against humanity of extraterritorial taxation and reporting and other compliance requirements is now so out of hand there is talk of making entire countries tax resident of other countries. Perhaps the craziest example is that of Pope Leo, a US citizen recently elected Pope, which makes him a head of state and an absolute monarch of the country known as Vatican City. Soon after his election a May 10, 2025 Washington Post article by Victoria Craw and Julie Zauzmer Weil claims that Pope Leo would have to report the finances of Vatican City to the IRS so that the IRS could audit another country and potentially take all of its money in taxes. Under this reasoning could any country force another country to hand over all of their financial data and then pass laws to just take that country’s wealth? A bigger example was Rishi Sunak, who controlled the United Kingdom’s treasury while being a US permanent resident (which means the US claims he is a tax resident). Donald Trump deposited money under US government control into financial accounts in Qatar. It’s not publicly known what if any compliance and reporting occurred and what taxes were paid, and whether the US government tried to enforce anything in these 3 situations (it’s pretty obvious they aren’t going after Trump right now and it may have been part of the reason why he got the US DOJ to say that it will never audit his taxes).

The global tax cartel, where they try to get every country to work together and loot as much money as possible fuels corruption and waste and kleptocracy around the world. It also fuels other crimes against humanity meaning that by participating in this tax cartel and doing things like tax information exchange agreements and FATCA and CRS, they are also committing the tax crimes against humanity and helping fund these governments and the other crimes against humanity that they undertake. All sorts of human rights violations and crimes against humanity happen around the world all the time and most of them don’t really get punished. By helping commit these tax crimes against humanity to fund these other crimes against humanity everyone involved is part of all the crimes against humanity. Various organizations advance this tax cartel and crimes against humanity agenda like the OECD and FATF are also some of the biggest crimes against humanity committing organizations on the planet.

The concept of countries and their subdivisions to just tax anyone and anything anywhere for any amount is unworkable, if multiple countries and their subdivisions tax everyone for more then they have and make. Furthermore one country could randomly just target people who aren’t there and just take all their money. People might claim that taxing people who aren’t physically present is bad but 183 days let’s them spend way too much time there. They think we should ignore well established peremptory norms and we should let government’s limit that. Where does that end? When governments say that you stayed there for a couple days on a holiday so now you’re a tax resident. Maybe it’s because your plane happened to fly through that nation’s airspace. Tax residency also can’t just include 183 days or more of physical presence, you have to have intended to be physically present there. If a country put you in jail or won’t let you leave then why should you pay taxes there because you clearly didn’t want to be there and they forced you to be present there so they could steal your money. We’ve seen with the global tax cartel and the OECD and FATF and all these other groups and governments that they know they are committing crimes against humanity with taxation and don’t care. They can never be trusted to draw any sort of line or have any flexibility or leniency when it comes to this. There must be prosecutions and accountability every time they even think of doing this. Taxgate has caused too much damage too humanity. It must be stopped.

Moral GPS, for a world where moral compasses aren’t enough, and kids can’t read a map. In many cases it would be a good idea to talk to a lawyer first and possibly hire one. Just using some bullshit you read off the Internet (including this post) isn’t enough. Every possible jurisdiction can have different laws, rules, procedures and processes that could get you into trouble if you don’t follow them correctly.

Now that, that is out of the way, it’s time to talk about the various ways that human rights violations and crimes against humanity are handled. There are various governmental and international human rights institutions that don’t have any power themselves, but they can influence other bodies with the power to do something about the human rights violations and crimes against humanity. This means that whoever is committing these atrocities will often try to defend themselves to the human rights institution even if the human rights institution can’t do anything to stop them except writing a sternly written report. Two prominent examples of these are the UN Human Rights Committee and the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights who only have power if the Countries involved agreed to be bound by them and often countries won’t do this for obvious reasons.

Thanks for reading! You can use national courts within the country, regional courts, the ICC, and national courts around the world under universal jurisdiction. Using national courts within the country refers to you using the country’s courts and laws where you lived or where the crime against humanity happened etc. Using the country’s laws in their court system can include everything from local courts which are different from state or provincial courts which could be different from national courts or the country may have some other structure. The key takeaway here is that courts within a country can have all kinds of ways to be operated and organized and this is just a basic overview. The next type are regional courts like the Inter-American Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights. These courts are also operated and organized in variety of actions. However, they usually have a few similarities. They are legally binding over various countries and they have the power to make governments under their jurisdiction do certain things and pay damages. These courts usually only bind countries who’ve joined them but they can sometimes affect other countries who haven’t. These courts usually can’t arrest and jail bad guys. The ICC does that. The International Criminal Court has the ability to indict, prosecute, try, and jail people who commit crimes against humanity. They have some limitations on their jurisdiction, but there are some situations where their jurisdiction doesn’t have limits so the bad guys who are trying to limit the ICC’s jurisdiction can still get indicted and tried and jailed. The ICC can also help with reparations in some crimes against humanity cases.

The last and most powerful way to get justice and accountability for crimes against humanity is Universal Jurisdiction. This means that any and all countries have worldwide jurisdiction over crimes against humanity cases regardless of the circumstances. There are no limitations on this whatsoever. If a crime against humanity has been committed any country can indict, prosecute, try, convict, and jail (or even execute) anyone who committed the crime. They can also do other things like sanctions or lawsuits against the perpetrators and can force them to pay reparations. Some countries allow for people to file lawsuits for damages and even initiate prosecutions (although the government will actually take over and run the trial and jail them etc.).

There are three main actions that you can take in crimes against humanity situations. These actions can be taken independently or with each other at the same time and can even be taken in some situations by completely different people. The first action you can take is to go to court to try to have the crimes against humanity stopped and force the government or whoever to stop doing that. In some courts you have to be directly affected by the crimes but not in every court and not in every case. This can be done through a lawsuit or some other petition to the court or similar government body (unless they have another process). The second action is to sue for damages. In many cases this has to be done in national or regional courts where the crimes against humanity took place or where the victims or offenders live or something like that, but there are some situations where you can sue in other courts because of universal jurisdiction. You can also seek criminal prosecution in any country using universal jurisdiction or at the ICC. There are some limitations to this route and in many cases you can only file a complaint with prosecutors but some countries do allow you to start the prosecution yourself and then their legal system takes over.

If you take any of these actions you have to understand what can happen. First of all many of these governments and their courts won’t take action (this often happens if the action can only be performed by the government like a prosecution) or they will seek to either continue the crime against humanity or not provide justice and accountability in the case. While they may be able to do this, these people whether they are judges, government bureaucrats, government lawyers or some other occupation are often aiding and abetting crimes against humanity which means that they are committing crimes against humanity themselves and there is no statute of limitations and they can be prosecuted by any country at any time and can’t be executed. Inaction or a judge ruling that victim shouldn’t really receive a lot of compensation for crimes against humanity or saying “we as the court just say it’s not really a crime against humanity” or that “crimes against humanity are OK” or whatever open themselves up to lifetime criminal liability. Government lawyers who argue that the actions are OK or it’s in the government’s power to do this or something like that also face lifetime criminal liability. In fact, in most cases for crimes against humanity they can’t even defend their own policies since to do would be an admission of guilt. Often when on trial they try to pin the blame on someone else for the crimes against humanity. Many people in positions of power aren’t that afraid of consequences because at the time they commit them they are often unlikely to face consequences because they control things, but new regimes take power, not just in their home country but around the world all the time, and thanks to universal jurisdiction, they can be prosecuted at anytime by anyone. They can also face lawsuits and sanctions and other punishments as well. Most of these people feel like they can get away with anything because for a long time they have. They should remember that revolutionary change can happen rapidly. In 1913 did anyone really believe that several large European countries would no longer exists in a few years and that most of the European nobility would lose their powers and that the great Russian Empire would be run by communists after their own civil war? Did anyone believe in 2019 that the next year would see a massive pandemic? These powerful people may be confident that their luck won’t run out, but if it does what these government insiders have done to everyone else might just be unleashed upon them.

This is just a surface level overview, but if it helps inspire people to crimes against humanity then this is a positive step for humanity. You probably still need to do a lot more research and talk to the right lawyers and get good legal advice to position yourself for success. Good luck!

Moral GPS, for a world where moral compasses aren’t enough, and kids can’t read a map. Not legal, financial, or any kind of advice. These countries while all claiming to 100% support Ukraine and who have given lots of aid to Ukraine are also providing critical support to the Russian War Crimes Machine and helping them to continue the war.

Next, the Moral GPS is not legal advice disclaimer must be wheeled out again. Actually figure out everything and consult with lawyers etc. before blindly following what you read on the internet even if it’s Moral GPS.

Thanks for reading! This is pretty simple: sue the companies and the countries and the EU itself. Any Ukrainian living in Ukraine can sue claiming that the companies, the people associated with them and the countries (including the EU) are working together with Russia to commit the war crimes of targeting civilians directly with attacks on apartment buildings and targeting the power grid to freeze civilians to death along with war of aggression (and any other war crimes or crimes against humanity that are applicable) etc. You can also include tons of other potential rights that you can choose from in the European Convention on Human Rights and Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union (both documents for instance include Dignity and Right to Life since Russia is targeting and mass murdering civilians). These lawsuits must be filed in national courts and possibly EU courts (for EU Courts you need specifically tailor it to EU law and the powers of the EU To force its Member States to not provide equipment and services for Russian War crimes). If you lose in national courts you will to to the European Court of Human Rights (Unfortunately you can’t directly send your lawsuit to this court. You have to first lose your case in national courts.) The ECHR has the widest jurisdiction especially because it includes Ukraine and EU states and countries like Switzerland and the UK. Sadly you can’t just get the ECHR to instantly ban this. This is why you should sue in national courts along with the EU. Potentially a lawsuit in the EU courts could quickly be resolved into a total EU ban along with countries outside the EU because The court could require the EU to alter its relationships with other countries who do not go along with the ban. Countries like Switzerland and the UK could lose economic and connections with the EU if they don’t comply. The good news here is that it’s unlikely that you’ll have to go through a massive legal struggle since European countries don’t want to be seen as openly committing war crimes with Russia. There will be lots of pressure put on these countries and most likely there will be good court rulings or sanctions packages or something else that will be very helpful.

Unfortunately, East Asian countries aren’t covered by European courts and they don’t have something similar to either the ECHR or the EU courts so you’d have to take a chance with courts in their countries and see if you can win there. These countries will Also not want to be exposed publicly for Committing war crimes with Russia and there will be good court rulings or sanctions packages or something else that will be very helpful.

Criminal prosecutions and lawsuits, that would be big enough to bankrupt these war criminals providing services and equipment to Russia for the purposes of murdering civilians, are a good idea and should also be pursued. Nevertheless, the main focus must be on getting courts to ban support for Russia’s War Crimes Machine. This will have an immediate impact on the battlefield and everyone can then sue these war criminals into the ground and put them in jail.

Bonus Round: Many of these companies (and even some other companies such as global defense contractors that have done work for Russia) have potentially either deceived or not disclosed these activities to investors. This means that some type of shareholder lawsuits against these companies may be possible. So anyone who invested in these companies (which could be a lot of people since some of them are in index funds) could potentially be able to sue. However, this depends on a ton of things and you’d have to handle it correctly which definitely means you’d need to get real legal professional advice. Internet bullshit and asking Chat GPT will not cut it. Our disclaimer once again that this isn’t investment or legal advice.

Moral GPS, for a world where moral compasses aren’t enough, and kids can’t read a map. Some of these companies and the people running them are not in ICC member States. In many cases the ICC may still have jurisdiction because Ukraine is an ICC member state.

Since the beginning of Russia’s all out invasion of Ukraine in 2022, Russia has been sanctioned extensively. However, high end machine tools and the software and technical support services required to maintain them have for the most part not been sanctioned and are mostly provided by companies in Europe and East Asia. Machine tools and software have military and non military applications, but since Russia’s full mobilization at the start of the war, All machine tools are only used for military production. The machine tools, software, and technical support services have been mostly used to manufacture long range Russian missiles (although now they are being used for artillery production). These missiles are almost exclusively used to directly target civilians in places like apartment buildings and schools or to destroy critical infrastructure that civilians need to stay alive such as power grids in the winter which the civilians use for heat.

The important points are:

1. European and East Asian companies provide machine tools, software, and Technical Support to Russia.

2. Russia only uses these tools and services for the military.

3. The Russian War Crimes Machine uses them to build weapons to commit war crimes since these weapons are almost always targeted at civilians.

4. The companies providing them with these tools and services are aware that they are committing these war crimes with the Russian War Crimes Machine (or else they are bending over backward to not figure out what’s going on).

This can’t be stressed enough. Firms in places like the EU, UK, Switzerland, Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan provide constant updates and service these highly specialized machine tools. They see into the manufacturing process because they the hands of their customers every step of the way. A good analogy would be if you ran a poison gas company during World War 2 and making tons of poison gas for several years that you ship to camps, where you also have installed special shower heads to spray the gas in showers. In this analogy you also send out technicians to fix the shower heads every time they have a technical issue. At the end of the war would the Allies have tried you for war crimes and crimes against humanity? The obvious answer is yes and it should be the same for these people and companies who are directly providing Russia with the capabilities to attack civilians. All equipment and services must be stopped immediately and everyone involved must be prosecuted. Unfortunately stopping all of this will not immediately destroy the Russian War Crimes Machine but it will over time cause lost of problems for them.

This ICC complaint calls for prosecution of everyone involved in providing the Russian War Crimes Industrial Complex with the equipment and continued support and maintenance services for that equipment to produce the weapons Russia uses for the deliberate targeting of civilians and civilian infrastructure with the explicit goal of mass murdering civilians. This should include, but not be limited to employees, owners, and executives of the companies providing such equipment and services along with prosecutions of the companies themselves. This complaint also asks that in cases where the ICC does not have jurisdiction that the ICC fully cooperate with those who do have universal jurisdiction and can investigate and prosecute. Thank you!

Moral GPS, for a world where moral compasses aren’t enough, and kids can’t read a map. Not legal, financial, or any kind of advice. This can be especially useful because the US and other countries are not ICC members. Some of the activities here also predate the ICC. However most of Europe are ICC members and they appear unlikely to ever prosecute anyone for this so the ICC can step in there. There’s only two people prosecuted in the US including Epstein himself who was assassinated in prison, a prosecution in France where the guy died similarly to Epstein, and a current investigation in the UK. There are other investigations now like Poland, Latvia, and Lithuania but they don’t appear to be targeted at any of the real big figures involved so those shouldn’t be included unless they prove to the world that they are otherwise like the targeted UK investigation against the former ambassador to the US (unless you count things like the Polish investigation into random individuals from Krakow). The important thing is so many elite people are stifling investigations around the world. Any and every country should immediately investigate and prosecute this together with the ICC before these global elites rebuild their crimes against humanity sized sex trafficking ring.

It appears that the Jeffrey Epstein child sex trafficking ring is now far larger than most people imagined. What was widely seen as conspiracy theory now appears to be true based on revelations in the partially released US Epstein files. The sheer size and scope of the atrocities committed against vulnerable people by this global secret (but kind of obvious) Pedophile Club may meet the thresholds (in terms of size and scale) of being a crime against humanity. It also appears to have been mostly de facto state sanctioned by a lot of countries, who in most cases have done little to prosecute. It involves high ranking government officials who had government bodyguards who appear to have possibly covered this up. At various times the justice system has worked to cover this up. Many perpetrators got sweetheart deals or have never been prosecuted or possibly even seriously investigated. It also appears that the ringleader Jeffrey Epstein when he was finally caught and in serious trouble was assassinated in prison. This massive global crime against humanity covered much of the world. This includes the United States (obviously), the United Kingdom, where there is credible evidence against Prince Andrew possibly committing these crimes within the UK, France where Jeffrey Epstein lived (part time) and appears to have committed these crimes, and senior figures from many countries including business people, royals, and government officials. These include British and Norwegian royalty, along with senior British, American, Spanish, Israeli, Indian, Slovakian, and Norwegian government officials. There are many more. He had tons of close ties to other wealthy, famous, and powerful people around the world. There are allegations that this industrial scale global sex trafficking ring was backed by countries’ intelligence services. It appears that there is a global elite pedophile ring that is acting with relative impunity for most of its members who are grooming, bribing, and coercing children (and possibly adults as well) as part of a crime against humanity sized sex trafficking ring. While there have been a handful of investigations and prosecutions, they appear to be few and far between. The US government has stated that they aren’t interested in any Epstein related prosecutions, but maybe might prosecute someone eventually (wink wink). The UK has opened a new investigation into its now former Ambassador to the US and releasing files related to him. Prince Andrew appears to not be under investigation. He won’t be sweating it because his superpower is to not sweat at all. France arrested Jean-Luc Brunel who was an Epstein co-conspirator on what seemed to be an unrelated sex charge. He also magically hung himself in his prison cell. The only people who have so far faced criminal prosecutions for the Epstein scandal seem to only be Epstein himself, two of the other people who helped run the organization, and possibly a UK government official (just for leaking some government info to Epstein). Clearly global investigations and prosecutions are needed to stop this crime against humanity otherwise these elites will rebuild their network and continue to sex traffic countless children. This complaint also asks that in cases where the ICC does not have jurisdiction that the ICC fully cooperate with those who do have universal jurisdiction and can investigate and prosecute. So some of this could quickly become out of date, but the goal here is to keep this as relevant as possible, and to provide guidance on the easiest ways to remove the regime and save lives.

It’s a bit of a problem to find a solution to defeat and completely eliminating the mass murdering terrorist regime in Iran. Consider the many requirements:

Thanks for reading! Subscribe for free to receive new posts and support my work.

1. The solution has to actually eliminate the regime and replace it with a free democratic Iran. So any solution that crushes the regime but allows it to survive (Israel-Iran 2025 war style) doesn’t work.

2. The solution also has to minimize casualties for civilians in Iran along with any troops who help liberate them.

3. The solution also has to limit the physical damage to Iran as much as possible so that there won’t be huge bills for reconstruction.

4. The solution itself should also not cost a lot either.

Fortunately, the US and allies have a relatively easy solution that can be customized based on what happens in Iran and what the regime’s responses are. This solution has been recently tested with Cuba and Venezuela and is surprisingly effective. In a word, blockade (in international law it could be called a “quarantine” but regular people call it a blockade).

While most of the world has focused on the capture of Maduro and the fact most of his regime is still intact and in control of Venezuela, the US has been blocking the export of oil from Venezuela and the importation of oil to Cuba for over a month and a half. This is devastating both countries’ regimes and if continued might lead to the downfall of both regimes without any other action being taken. After all, what’s the point of working for the security services that oppress peaceful protesters if you’re not going to get paid and you’re starving too? If necessary, other actions can be taken such as attacking regime leaders and security forces who attack peaceful protesters and destroying critical infrastructure.

It’s a good idea for the US to blockade Iran’s oil for a few reasons.

1. The first is because the US can. The US has 11 carrier strike groups. They are only using 1 to blockade Cuba and Venezuela. That means the US can literally do 10 more blockades around the world. (This is a bit of an exaggeration, but the US definitely has the resources to do this elsewhere.) The US has currently deployed another carrier nearby Iran.

2. The next reason is because such a blockade will bankrupt the regime and end it. Unlike Venezuela and Cuba, Iran has peaceful protesters who are actually fighting the government to take control. The government has only survived because they are mass murdering a lot of people. This murdering requires two things:

A) Weapons

B) People who will use those weapons.

The Iranian government has to have the money to pay their security forces and pay for the weapons that they use. Iran doesn’t have enough money to run the country so they print money which caused the inflation that caused the protests. Therefore they can’t do quantitative easing or deficit spending. They only survive by selling oil for goods that they import that help the country survive. The moment that money is gone the government will either have to print more money to maintain the amount of spending that they are currently doing which might cause the Iranian people to just stop using currency altogether and switch to bartering, or they ‘d have to cut spending which would further collapse their economy. This problem is even worse because Iran can’t replace essential goods that they need to keep their economy going. Other countries won’t accept worthless Iranian currency. At that point Iran’s economy collapses, the regime can’t build or maintain weapons, and can’t pay, arm, and feed security forces. It’s over because as less and less people are willing to fight the protesters, they have less and less weapons and equipment to do so. It’s very likely that regime insiders who won’t be getting paid will defect and cut deals and spy on the regime. This makes getting rid of the regime even easier. Also at this stage attacks on regime leaders or security forces or some other steps can help finish the job. If you’re wondering about the Iranian nuclear program, what nuclear program? At that point they can’t afford anything including nukes. (North Korea could afford them because they didn’t have a massive uprising and they received massive help over their borders from China and Russia.) Handling the oil is simple. Sell the oil on world markets so there isn’t a spike in the price of oil and use it to pay for the blockade. (If the money is somehow misused as some people have alleged with the Venezuelan oil money, then let anti corruption investigators handle that.)

The blockade is perfect as proven by Venezuela and Cuba, but the strategy has to be able to handle all scenarios. These are these scenarios that the US could be faced with:

1. Iran does nothing and takes it like a bitch.

2. Iran attempts to escort ships through the blockade.

3. Iran attacks the blockading ships and planes and other assets directly (including with booby trapped ships).

4. Iran attacks elsewhere outside Iran.

5. Iran attacks their own people even more.

Here’s how to handle each scenario:

1. If the blockade ain’t broke don’t fix it.

2. If Iran attempts to escort ships through the blockade. The US can use long range weapons like drones and missiles and torpedoes to attack the ships and their escorts. This helps maintain the blockade and hopefully stop the US from having to take more powerful measures that could cause a lot of damage and Iran that might be expensive to rebuild.

3, 4, 5. Such measures can include attacks on Iranian leaders and security forces and other special targets that US intelligence might have but regular people on the Internet don’t. However, some easy targets that destroy the regime include in order of most damaging to the regime while at the same being easiest to fix when they are defeated:

A) Oil refineries

B) Oil and gas port facilities

C) Oil and gas transport infrastructure

Oil refineries are the best to attack because they are a choke point, and if they are destroyed and the regime falls Iran can just export crude oil to other countries that will refine it and send it back Until reconstruction is complete. They are the most important choke point because they are big easy to hit targets (both in their large physical size and in the limited number of them in the country). Once destroyed the regime will run out of Refined oil products for transportation, power generation, and won’t be able to sell them for profit. Parts of the Iranian economy that depend on driving like people driving to work or goods being delivered by trucks will collapse. Destroying oil and gas port facilities next will mean that they can’t load tankers and sell oil and gas anymore via ship so you won’t even really need a naval blockade. The only problem with this is that it will be expensive to reconstruct and Iran won’t be able to sell oil and gas on international markets to pay for Iran’s reconstruction and to help keep prices low around the world. If both A and B targets are destroyed Iran’s economy is probably out of commission already but destroying Iran’s oil and gas transport infrastructure means oil and gas can’t get moved around the country so it will be hard for them to transport anything and hard to generate electricity Or sell oil and gas which they do through neighboring countries (This is a relatively small scale industry especially compared to the oil that is with tankers). It will probably be best to destroy 1 or 2 targets of each type as a warning to Iran and if they persist then destroy every target for that letter. Then move on to the next letter in the sequence of A, B, C.

This is simple and flexible plan to destroy the Iranian regime with minimal risk, loss of life, and infrastructure damage. Certainly loss of life and infrastructure damage can happen based on Iran’s response. However in those situations it will be far worse for them then the US and allies. This strategy has already proven with Venezuela and Cuba and when Trump destroys Iranian mass murdering regime, and saves millions of innocent Iranian lives, he will definitely have earned the Nobel Peace Prize.

Moral GPS, for a world where moral compasses aren't enough, and kids can't read a map.
